Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio. * WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty west to northwest winds will blow some of the snow which will result in slick and icy spots where roads are not treated.
