Two area residents were seriously injured Thursday night when their vehicles collided in the 7700 block of state Route 197 north of Celina. The mishap occurred at 7:50 p.m., according to Mercer County Sheriff's Office reports.
MENDON - Three companies submitted bids for a revitalization project in the village.
