CELINA - Eastview Pond is open again to swimmers.
Celina Police Chief Dave Slusser told the newspaper that signs saying the beach is closed were removed Friday afternoon and the pond was reopened to swimmers after city council members cleared up a legislative oversight at a special meeting.
