Nearly 200 dogs were found Wednesday when Mercer County Sheriff's deputies executed a search warrant at this property at 972 state Route 49 near Fort Recovery. Authorities believe the residents were hoarding dogs found in the house, assorted outbuilding and campers. Charges are pending.
