...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers...
St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joseph Otting

Joseph R. Otting, 77, Minster, died Sept. 14, 2012, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.

He was born Nov. 27, 1934, in Darke County, to Raymond and Loretta Duval Otting. He married Janice Leugers, who survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Lisa Turnbaugh, Houston, Texas, and Theresa Dillard, LaPorte, Texas.

Deceased are a son, Joseph James, and a brother, Kenny (Eileen) Otting.

Funeral services will be private.

There is no calling.
