St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Edna LaMontagne
Edna I. LaMontagne, 85, Watseka, Ill., died Sept. 20, 2012, at her home.
She was born Nov. 19, 1926, in Baltimore, Md., to Omar and Dora Raider Benton Ryan. Her husband, Raymond LaMontagne Sr., died Sept. 4, 1985.
Surviving are three daughters, Alice Harper, Watseka, Shirley Love, of Florida, and Gerry Wallace, Watseka; three sons, Raymond "Archie" LaMontagne, Martinton, Ill., Leon LaMontagne, Fort Recovery, and Ed LaMontagne, Beaverville, Ill.; a brother, Leo Ryan, of Pennsylvania; a sister, Gerry Zelhart, of Maryland; 23 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; and 28 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Knapp Funeral Home, Watseka, with Joe Hughes officiating. Burial is at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Martinton.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
