George Caupp
George D. Caupp, 80, Miamisburg, died on Oct. 13, 2012.
He was born Jun 3, 1932, in Dayton, to Glenn and Norene Caupp. He married Eileen Caupp, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Douglas (Nancy) Caupp, Kettering; a daughter, Debi (Rusty) Perdue, Middletown; a sister, Bonnie (Cliff) Elliot; five brothers, Larry (Dale), Eugene (JoAnn), Donald (Carole), Merlyn (Linda) and Bruce (Gwen) Caupp; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Tena.
He retired from GM after 41 years and belonged to many groups including Dayton Motorcycle Club, Grand Lake Recreation Club, Bass Landing Association, South Shore Sportsman Club, the Eagles, Moose, American Legion and Greater Dayton Boat Club. He also served in the U.S. Army.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Thursday at the Newcomer Funeral Home, Kettering. Burial is at Calvary Cemetery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
