* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Carl Snethkamp
Carl W. Snethkamp, 96, formerly of St. Marys, died Oct. 13, 2012, at Tidewell Hospice, Port Charlotte, Fla.
He was born Sept. 13, 1916, in St. Marys, to Henry and Lola Gallimore Snethkamp. On Aug. 13, 1938, he married Virginia Dine, who died Dec. 27, 1981. On Jun. 18, 1994, he married Dorothy Stroudt, who she survives in North Port, Fla.
Also surviving are three children, Josie Goodwin, Englewood, James (Ruth Ann) Snethkamp, St. Marys, and Tony Snethkamp, New Bremen; a brother, Glen Snethkamp, St. Marys; six grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Ruth Burris, and an infant son, Billy.
He graduated in 1933 from St. Marys Memorial High School. He had worked at the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys, and retired as president of St. Marys Iron and Steel Co. in 1981.
He was a member of Idlewild Men's Club, St. Marys, Sertoma, the Knights of Columbus, Lima Elks and the musical group "The Iron Men." He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, and San Pedro Catholic Church, North Port, Fla.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys, the Rev. Barry Stechschulte officiating. Burial will follow at Gesthemane Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 6-8 Wednesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Memorials may be given to Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Tidewell Hospice, Agape Ministries, St. Marys, or the Lake Improvement Association of St. Marys.
