A few hours of light snow are expected late this evening, mainly after 8 pm. While accumulations will be light, some challenging travel conditions may develop given the cold temperatures.
Additional snow may linger through Monday morning with accumulations remaining light. However, increasing winds and very cold temperatures will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas.
Challenging travel conditions will be possible starting late this evening, continuing through the day on Monday. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Herbert Quinter
Herbert J. Quinter, 83, formerly of St. Henry, died Oct. 21, 2012, at Celina Manor.
He was born Aug. 30, 1929, in St. Henry to Benedict and Anna Thieman Quinter. On Jan. 30, 1954, he married Margaret C. Mertz, who died Sept. 14, 1999.
Surviving are six children, Anna (John) Garman, Celina, Pauline (Russ) Kyburz, New Bremen, Virginia (Leo) Lefeld, St. Henry, Benedict (Laura Collins) Quinter, Maria Stein, Kathleen (Bruce) Cyphers, Celina, and John (Lisa) Quinter, Versailles; a brother-in-law, George Hart, Fort Recovery; 21 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are siblings and spouses, Clarence and Mary Catherine Quinter, Ed and Louise Quinter, Margaret and Ed Fiely, Veronica and Clarence Stachler, Katie and Clarence Brunswick, Olivia and Vincent Mescher, Anna Marie Hart, Mary and Ben Rutschilling and Ralph Fisher.
He worked as a truck driver for over 30 years, working mostly for Tuente Livestock & Trucking, Maria Stein. He was a member of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church and Catholic Knights, both of Cassella. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean War; a member of the Chickasaw Veterans of Foreign Wars; and a member of the Maria Stein American Legion.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church. Burial with military honors will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater.
