* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gondola cars with high enclosed sides were often used to transport coal along the Mann's Creek Railroad, as well as many others in West Virginia, during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The car is part of Tom Zitter's collection at his home in Fort Recovery.
