* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

Richard Brackman
Richard H. Brackman, 90, Maria Stein, died at 10 a.m. Nov. 28, 2012, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center.
He was born June 6, 1922, in Maria Stein to Vincent H. and Rosa E. Bohman Brackman. On Jan. 24, 1987, he married Barbara Cornell, who survives.
Also surviving are stepchildren, Cynthia (Mark) Briggs, St. Marys, Laureen (Randall) Lininger, St. Marys, Kent E. Cornell, Edgerton, and Nathan Cornell, White Bear Lake, Minn.; three stepgrandchildren, two stepgreat-grandchildren; a brother, Ivo (Jean) Brackman, Maria Stein; a sister-in-law, Julie Brackman, Troy; and a mother-in-law, Julia Eggleston, St. Marys.
Deceased is a brother, Victor Brackman, and two infant siblings, Linus and Marie.
He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Maria Stein, the American Legion, Maria Stein, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Chickasaw, and Steelworkers Union.
He worked for 38 years at New Idea and also worked at Maria Stein Grain. He served during WWII as a staff sergeant in the 717 Army Tank Battalion, where he drove Sherman E8 Widetrack Tanks.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Tom Brenberger officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at St. John Cemetery, Maria Stein.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday and 9-10 a.m. Tuesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
