Robert Blew
Robert E. "Bob" Blew, 81, Celina, died at 6 a.m. Dec. 31, 2012, at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born April 24, 1931, in Columbus, to Harry and Leona Bevans Blew. On Nov. 28, 1953, he married Marilyn Fell, who died Dec. 2, 2010.
Surviving are a son, Larry (Sally) Blew, Hamilton, Mich., a brother, William "Bill" (Ann) Blew, Lima; and a sister-in-law, Sharon Pingry, Celina.
He was a retired supervisor at Kessler Builders, Celina, for 41 years. He was a member at the First Church of God, Celina, was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, Celina.
He graduated from St. Marys High School and enjoyed fishing and other outdoor activities.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery with military rites by the Celina V.F.W. and American Legion.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
