Marie Luttmer
Marie B. Luttmer, 87, Maria Stein, died at 3:25 a.m. Jan. 13, 2013, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
She was born June 17, 1925, in Maria Stein, to Bernard and Anna Wendeln Zumwald. She was married on Aug. 19, 1950, in Maria Stein, to Bernard F. Luttmer, who died Oct. 21, 1996.
She is survived by a son, John Luttmer of Maria Stein; a daughter, Lorena (Virgil) Wilker of Maria Stein; a brother-in-law, Elmer Speck of Coldwater; and a sister-in-law, Eleanora Zumwald of Maria Stein.
Deceased are two brothers, Louis and Alvin Zumwald, and a sister, Margaret Speck.
She was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church and the Ladies Sodality of the church. She was a homemaker and helped on the family farm.
Mass of Christian burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Rose Church, the Rev. Tom Brenberger officiating. Burial will follow at St. Rose Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
