* WHAT...Temperatures in the mid and upper 30s will result in frost formation.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

A towpath trail along the Miami and Erie Canal in New Bremen will be widened and paved to make it handicapped accessible. The 1.1-mile trail will run from state Route 66 to Lock Two Road, linking several parks and the Kuenning-Dicke Natural Area.
