Talking on a cellphone while driving can lead to traffic accidents, according to Jacy Good. The 26-year-old woman, who presented motivational talks Tuesday and today at area schools, lost her parents and sustained life-threatening injuries in a Pennsylvania crash that occurred while a teenager was talking on a cellphone.
