* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Sunday.

Donald Collins
Rev. A. Donald Collins Sr., 85, Springfield, passed away April 12, 2013, at the Springfield Masonic Community.
He was born Aug. 3, 1927, in Celina, to Adna D. and Ella Fogt Collins, who are deceased.
Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Mary A. Forrer Collins; three children, Deborah E. (Chris) Agan of Newark, A. Donald Jr. (Kay) Collins of Harpster and Dayna S. (Stephen) Boone of Montabello, N.Y.; two grandsons, Clayton (Shaunessa) Collins and David (Andrea) Agan; four great-grandchildren, Quinten, Gavin, Jackson Collins and Isabella Agan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Collins and Jean Shaffer.
Don was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served our country proudly. After the Army, he graduated from Manchester College and Wesley Theological Seminary. He was a member of the West Ohio United Methodist Conference. He was a well-loved pastor, serving the following congregations in Ohio: Archbold, Johnstown, Lima, Upper Sandusky, Granville, Centerville and in retirement, Bradenton, Fla.
He was a 63-year member of Celina Masonic Lodge 241 and other Appendant Bodies. He attended Grace United Methodist Church since moving to Springfield and also the worship services on the Masonic campus.
A celebration of Don's life will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Burkhart Auditorium on the Masonic Campus, Springfield, the Rev. Bruce Vincent and the Rev. Victoria C. Downing officiating.
A gathering of family and friends will be 1-2 p.m. Saturday at Burkhart Auditorium.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Grace UMC Emergency Fund to help people in crisis, Springfield.
