* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Barbara Lieb
Barbara "Bobbi" Ann Lieb, 70, Celina, passed away April 24, 2013, at Van Wert Hospice.
She was born May 5, 1942, in Marion, to Rodney Hobert and Enid Belle Mincks Milligan, whoa are deceased. On Aug. 14, 1995, she married Robert Lieb in Alabama, and he survives.
Also surviving are her daughter, Amy (Scott) Baily of Alabama; a son, Curtis Osborn of Florida; four stepdaughters, Patty Marshall, Judy Mumper, Roberta (Bobbo) Lieb and Carla Lieb, all of Lima; a sister, Doris "Kay" Boyd of Celina; special nieces and nephews whom she raised, Jim (Teresa), Robert, Rich and Rosetta (Ken); a grandson; a granddaughter, Eve Chip; two great-granddaughters; a nephew, Tim Alexander and his family, of Celina; and many other nieces and nephews.
Also deceased are two brothers, Francis Milligan and Charles (Barb) Milligan, and a nephew, Donald Ray Alexander, who died in 1984.
She lived life to the fullest and never met a stranger. She loved crafts, reading and would try anything that was a challenge.
Barbara requested that no service or viewing be held; her body will be cremated.
W.H. Dick and Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, is handling arrangements.
