Bryson Swimming Pool, 801 W. Market St., opens Saturday with season passes available at the city's parks and recreation office.

CELINA - Diplomas will be given to 192 seniors at Celina High School during commencement ceremonies at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the football stadium.

Sarah Curtis, daughter of Diane and Steve Wilczinski and Dan and Lavonne Curtis, will be named valedictorian with a grade point average of 4.05.

SPENCERVILLE - A combination of a light rain, cool temperatures and high wind led to less than ideal conditions for local athletes at the Division III district track meet at Spencerville on Thursday.

BOWLING GREEN - Celina's doubles team of Keaton Mohler and Aaron Seibel are one win away from reaching the state tournament after the first day of district competition was completed on Thursday at Bowling Green State University's Keefe Courts.
