Helter Skelter races two other boats during the 1970 Governor's Cup Regatta. The boat, built by Mercer County resident Jim Cunningham, will take to Grand Lake this weekend as part of the Vintage Boat Class at the Governor's Cup. Boat E-1, Shamrock also was built by Cunningham.
