Philip Crumpler
Philip Eugene Crumpler, 75, Celina, passed away at 12:35 a.m. Sept. 1, 2013, at the Gardens at Celina.
He was born Dec. 22, 1937, in Xenia, to Roger and Dorothy Manor Duncan.
Survivors include his sisters, Sheila Goldsberry of Montezuma, Carol (Tony) Seitz of Montezuma, Cheryl (Ron) Klien of St. Marys, Bev (Newt) Owings of Sarasota, Fla.; sisters-in-law, Shirley (Joe) Rutschilling of Yorkshire, Arlene Crumpler of Celina; a brother-in-law, Mike (Caroline) Stucky of New Bremen; his dear friend, Gladys Webster of Celina; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Jerry Crumpler and Gary Duncan; sister, Patty Stucky; brother-in-law, Joe Goldsberry; and a nephew, Duane Crumpler.
He graduated from Celina High School in 1955. He retired from New Idea in Coldwater and the Montezuma Volunteer Fire Department.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, the Rev. Randy Christian officiating. Burial will be in Burdge Cemetery, Montezuma.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
