* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Genevieve Vogt
Genevieve Grace Poss Vogt, 94, Athens, Tenn., and formerly of Coldwater, passed away Aug. 31, 2013, at Wellington Place, Athens, Tenn.
She was born July 24, 1919, to Henry and Rose O'Parka Poss in Sparta, Wis., where she was raised and graduated from college. She met her husband of 59 years, Jerome Edward Vogt, while he was stationed at Camp McCoy, Wis., and they married June 6, 1942, at Fort Knox, Ky. He died Aug. 16, 2001.
Surviving are four daughters, Barbara (Wayne) Evans, Ten Mile, Tenn., Mary Rose Vogt and her husband Bruce Jacobson, Frederick, Md., Gerrie Ann (Robert) Barnett, Park City, Utah, and Margaret Hansen (Robert) Huber, Athens, Tenn.; eight grandchildren, Tracy Evans Willett, Jerome (Jennifer) Evans, Rachel Barnett, Dan Barnett, Ariel Hansen, Anna Hansen, Heather Stone and Heidi King, six great-grandchildren, Noah, Aaron, Pierce, Drake, Miranda and Camryn; and two sisters, Rita Row, Alberta, Canada, and Margaret Stellick, Onalaska, Wis.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Wagner, and five brothers, Henry Ronald Poss, Harold Poss, Eugene Poss, Robert Poss and Richard Poss.
She lived in Athens, Tenn., the past seven years. She worked as a teacher and later was a librarian at the Coldwater Public Library for 28 years. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, the Phi Beta Psi Sorority and the Coldwater American Legion Auxiliary, and she enjoyed years of bridge club membership. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be truly missed.
Calling is 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Burial will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at 2 p.m. today at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Athens, Tenn.
Memorial donations may be given to Alzheimer Research.
