* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rolland Anspach
Rolland C. "Oars" Anspach, 73, Celina, and formerly of Ada, died at 6:43 p.m. Sept. 8, 2013, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born March 11, 1940, in Ada to Charles N. and Goldie M. Kissling Anspach, who preceded him in death.
Surviving are a son, Michael (Karyn) Anspach, Eastpointe, Mich.; a grandchild; two brothers, John M. (Carol) Anspach, Cuyahoga Falls, and Dennis M. Anspach, Ada; a brother-in-law, Douglas Johnson, Seattle, Wash.; a special friend, Karen Gillis, Celina; and a special buddy, Mattie.
Deceased is a sister, Nancy Johnson.
He retired after working as an auto body repairman. He attended Beaver Chapel Congregational Christian Church, Celina, and was a U.S. Army veteran who served during the Korean War.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hanson-Neely Funeral Home, Ada, the Rev. Tom Christen officiating. Burial is at Woodlawn Cemetery, with graveside military services conducted by Ada VFW Post #9381 Honor Guard.
Calling is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
