Scattered snow showers occurring across the area will slowly diminish through the evening. These snow showers will continue to cause brief reductions in visibility. In addition, as temperatures fall, the snow showers could produce a light coating of snow on roadways. This will result in the potential for some slick spots to develop. Motorists should be prepared for changing conditions this evening and exercise extra caution.

St. Marys City Schools volunteer Linda Opperman stocks books at the primary school library. Opperman and other volunteers have stepped up to keep the three district libraries opeartional after the vacated library positions were eliminated in budget cuts earlier this year.
