Dylan Langenkamp, a fifth-grader at Fort Recovery Elementary School, won the 2014 Mercer County Spelling Bee on Monday by correctly spelling the word "ostracism" in round 10. The first runner-up was Kyle Timmerman, a seventh-grader at Fort Recovery Middle School. Isaac Budde, a seventh-grader at Marion Local Elementary School, was the second runner-up.
