Bruce Roessner
Bruce R. Roessner, 52, St. Henry, died April 5, 2014, at his home.
He was born Dec. 21, 1961, in Coldwater, to Bruno Roessner and Belva Jean Herron Roessner-Sandy. On Oct. 29, 1983, he married Darlene Droesch, who survives in St. Henry.
Also surviving are two children, Gary (Julie) Roessner and Jeanine (Timothy) Price, both of St. Henry; two grandchildren, Caleb and Aliyah Roessner; nine siblings, Bonita Swallow,Versailles, Bernard (Kathy) Roessner, New Knoxville, Bennett (Kim) Roessner, Bowling Green, Bryan (Melissa) Roessner, Greenville, Brenda (Lloyd) Klett Jr., Lima, Brice Roessner, Greenville, Brad (Deb) Roessner, Portland, Ind., Brent (Jackie) Roessner, Sidney, and Bernice (Fernando) Moreno, Coldwater; a stepfather, John Sandy, Carthage, Ill.; three stepsisters, Luane (Duane) Graber, Breese, Ill., Liane (Jason) Fink, Quincy, Ill., and Christina (Billy) Smith, Carthage, Ill.; parents-in-law, Cyril (Mary Ann) Droesch, St. Henry; a sister-in-law, Tammy (Mark) Wendel, Fort Recovery; and a brother-in-law, Kevin (Shelly) Droesch, St. Henry.
He was a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus, the St. Henry Sons of the American Legion, the Coldwater Eagles and the Fort Recovery Sportsman's Club, and was a volunteer with the St. Henry Rescue Squad.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Henry Catholic Church, the Rev. Benedict Magabe officiating. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
