Robert G. "Rob" Ratliff, 49, Delphos, entered into the presence of the Lord at 10:54 p.m. April 11, 2014, at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Thursday at Grace Community Church, Lima, the Rev. John Heyward officiating.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Thursday at Grace Community Church.
