Grand Lake state park to get splash pad

ST. MARYS - Grand Lake St. Marys State Park will get a small portion of the $88.5 million the state is spending to modernize parks in the next two years.
A new splash pad for campers as well as shower house upgrades are planned for the local park, according to Sen. Keith Faber, R-Celina. [More]

In July, the former Minster track and field, cross country, softball, basketball, gymnastics, and volleyball coach will be honored with an induction into the National High School Hall of Fame with a class that includes Ozzie Newsome, Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway, and Michael Devereaux. [More]

Montezuma man pleads not guilty to federal charges
MONTEZUMA - A Montezuma man has pleaded not guilty in federal court to charges he illegally possessed firearms and ammunition in September.
Timothy Scott Workman, 44, offered the plea Friday in the U.S. District Court in Toledo. He was charged with the two-count indictment April 2.
