Work continues in St. Marys to replace the High Street canal bridge and mill race. City engineer Craig Moeller this morning said work is running on schedule with the recent pouring of the west-side abutment. The east abutment will be poured soon. The total cost of the work is more than $1.8 million, with $1.1 million funded by the Ohio Department of Transportation. Jutte Excavating, Fort Recovery, is doing the work, which is expected to be completed by July 15.
