Marilyn Nagy
Marilyn Corrigan Nagy, 87, Celina, passed away at 9:34 p.m. May 7, 2014, at Briarwood Manor, Coldwater.
She was born Oct. 31, 1926, in Dayton, to Edward M. and Cecelia Moorman Corrigan. On July 19, 1947, she married John K. Nagy, who died Oct. 23, 2006.
Survivors include her sons, John E. (Pam) Nagy, Mark Nagy and David Monnin, all of Celina; daughters, Carla (Linus) Post, Coldwater, and Cecelia "CeCe" (Terry) Kremer, Celina; eight grandchildren, John (Rita) Nagy, Celina, Adam Nagy, Celina, Brian Post, Columbus, Amy Post, Coldwater, Tyler Post, Columbus, Amber Knouff, Boston, Joshua Knouff, Minot, N.D., and Danielle Kremer, Vandalia; two great-grandchildren, Blake Nagy and Bryce Nagy, Celina; and brothers, Edward (Sue) Corrigan, Vandalia, and Henry F. Corrigan of Florida.
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Jerry Knouff, and a grandson, Kyle Knouff.
She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Alfons Minja officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 1-4 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
