* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Kenneth Bergman
Kenneth W. "Kenny" Bergman, 65, Fort Recovery, died May 10, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 12, 1949, in Celina, to Walter and Kathryn Vonderhyde Bergman. His mother survives in Fort Recovery.
Other survivors are a fiancee, Amanda Wehr-kamp, Fort Recovery; two daughters, Stacy Christoff, Lima, and Lilly Wehrkamp, at home; four brothers, Gregory Bergman, Portland, Ind., Calvin (Teresa) Bergman, Monrovia, Md., Kevin (Kim) Bergman, Ansonia, and Eric (Lisa) Bergman, Salamonia, Ind.; and four sisters, Elaine Brunswick, Portland, Becky (Greg) Shreeve, Salamonia, Jacqueline Abels, Portland, and Miriam Major, Pennville Ind.
Deceased are an infant sister, Kristine Bergman, and a brother, Kurt Bergman.
He was the owner and operator of Bergman Trucking, Fort Recovery. A 1967 graduate of Fort Recovery High School, he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of American Legion Post 345 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6515, both of Fort Recovery.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Cemetery, Fort Recovery, where military graveside honors will be conducted by the American Legion.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
