* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Dennis Jansen
Dennis J. Jansen, 89, Coldwater, died May 31, 2014, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
He was born April 23, 1925, in St. Henry, to John and Margaret Schuh Jansen. On Nov. 11, 1950, he married Lucille Dues in Philothea, and she survives in Coldwater.
Also surviving are four children, Jane Smith, Warsaw, Ind., Ken (Bev) Jansen, Celina, Dave (Joyce) Jansen, Celina, and Diane (Ron) Ford, Greenwood, Ind.; 22 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; siblings, John (Pat) Jansen, Carthagena, Paul Jansen, St. Henry, Lucy (Bob) Link, Celina, and Margaret Stammen, Celina; and in-laws, Mary Jo Jansen, Dayton, Evelyn (Clete) Woeste, Coldwater, Helen Dues, Coldwater, and Betty (Gene) East, Tipp City.
He was preceded in death by sons-in-law, Jeff Smith and Steve Miller; a granddaughter; siblings, Clarence Jansen, Bill (Betty) Jansen, Louis Jansen, Bob (Beulah) Jansen, Henry Jansen, Tom Jansen, Clara (Floyd) Lauber, Isabelle (Paul) Heinke and Mary (Oscar) Hemmelgarn; and in-laws, Judy Jansen, Walter Stammen, Gene (Rita) Dues, Walter Dues, Mary (Bill) Wellman and Melvin Dues.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II in the South Pacific. He was a plasterer and retired from the former Pet Milk Plant in Coldwater.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery.   Calling is 9-11 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to the Briarwood Activity Fund.
