* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

At 709 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Ohio City, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Chattanooga, Kossuth, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, and Bulkhead.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

William Warren
William L. Warren, 79, St. Marys, died suddenly June 19, 2014, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 23, 1934, in Adams County, to James and Judy Higginbotham Warren. On July 25, 1959, he married Wanda Beers, who died March 29, 1981.
Surviving are two sons, Douglas Warren, St. Marys, and Pastor Bob (Sheena) Warren, St. Marys; three grandchildren, Hayden Warren, Whitney Warren and Jessica Root; three great-grandchildren, William Root, Matthew Root and Riley Root; two sisters, Mary Warren, Hillsboro, and Ludy Storer, St. Marys; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Also deceased are a daughter-in-law, Holly Warren, and five siblings, Roy Jenner, Franklin Jenner, Charles Jenner, Louis Warren and Raymond Warren.
He retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, St. Marys. He enjoyed growing tobacco and fishing. He attended the Shekinah Temple in St. Marys.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Monday at the Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Judy Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Auglaize County Council on Aging.
