John Stiverson
Graveside rites for the cremains of John Floyd Stiverson, 60, Greenfield, Ind., will be 11 a.m. Saturday at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, the Rev. Vicky Blough will officiate.
He died Dec. 26, 2013.
He was born May 12, 1953, in Celina, to Fay and Alberta Hoel Stiverson. His mother survives at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford, and his father is deceased.
On May 12, 2012, he married Angela Huettl, who survives.
Also surviving are brothers, Edson (Dolores) Stiverson, Graford, Texas, and Cecil (Karla) Stiverson, Celina; a sister, Dawn (Ray) Yates, Celina; nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
His first wife, Gail Parry, is deceased.
He graduated from Celina High School in 1971 and received a bachelor's degree from Bethel College and other degrees from Ashland College and Ohio State University. He was a chemist, sales consultant and president of Lake County Consultants. He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Greenfield, Ind., the Society of Plastic Engineers and the National Rifle Association.
