* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1044 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... CELINA - A night out on the town is taking on a new meaning in Celina.
While patios and outdoor dining have long been a staple along Grand Lake's shores, several restaurants and night spots in town have recently added outdoor areas. Despite the scenery often being just the side of a building and passing traffic, business owners say customers enjoy just being outside and enjoying the fresh air.
