* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... CELINA - Area agencies and community members have helped ease the transition for residents forced to vacate Mercelina Mobile Home Court by the end of the year.
