At 954 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Newport, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Montra, Newbern, New Jerusalem, Lockington, Ridgeway, Woodstock, Botkins, Mount Victory, Millerstown, Kiser Lake State Park, Hardin, Pemberton, Piqua, West Mansfield, East Liberty, St. Paris, Logansville, Belle Center, North Lewisburg, and Lakeview.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 77 and 106.

Bernice Dexter
Bernice Dexter, 95, Celina, died at 10:34 a.m. Aug. 16, 2014, at the Gardens of Celina.
She was born March 22, 1919, in Celina, to Howard and Ada Brown Behm. In 1938, she married Robert Lloyd Grimm, who died in 1984. She later married Clyde Dexter, who also is deceased.
Surviving are a son, Stanley Grimm, Celina; a daughter-in-law Christine Grimm, Celina; three granddaughters, Renee Boehme, St. Paul, Minn., Susan Haas, California, Md., and Alicia Bruce, Celina; and seven great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a grandson, Stanley Michael Grimm; a sister, Evelyn Holdridge; a son, Robert Grimm; and a daughter-in-law, Laura Grimm.
She was the proprietor of Behm's Landing and Restaurant for 40 years on Grand Lake St. Marys. She was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys, Eastern Star, VFW and American Legion auxiliaries, all in St. Marys. She also was a member of the Women of Moose and Women of Eagles.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, High Street chapel, St. Marys, Pastor Cory Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Montezuma United Methodist Church.
