Fog will reduce visibilities this morning. Conditions will vary from location to location with locally dense fog in spots. Motorists should prepare for rapid changes in visibility and allow extra time to reach your intended destination. The fog is expected to improve by mid morning.

Catherine Binkley
Catherine M. Binkley, 94, formerly of rural Celina, died Aug. 18, 2014, at Ossian Health and Rehabilitation Center, Ossian, Ind.
She was born Dec. 1, 1919, in Pleasant Valley, Ill., to Joseph and Madie Guenzler Willson. On July 30, 1938, she married Carl V. Bink-ley, of Stockton, Ill., who died in 2009.
Surviving are four sons, David (Sherrie) Bink-ley, Perrysburg, Jonathan (Barbara) Binkley, Toledo, and Stephen (Char) Binkley and Timothy (Lou Ann) Binkley, all of Fort Wayne, Ind; three daughters, Rose Mary (Joe) Lampton, Zanesville, Ind., Ruth Ann (Larry) Whatley, Ossian, Ind., and Rebekah (John) Montgomery, Kewanee, Ill.; a daughter-in-law, Donna Binkley, Bluffton, Ind.; 22 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are her oldest son, Victor; a grandson; a great-grandson; a brother; and three sisters.
She and her husband, ordained ministers of the Churches of God, General Conference, pastored churches for more than 44 years. They pastored Mount Tabor Church of God and Fairview Church of God in rural Celina from 1956 to 1965. They also served churches in Illinois and Indiana before retiring in Markle, Ind.
She graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1968 with an elementary education degree and taught school in Illinois and Indiana.
A celebration service is 1 p.m. Saturday at the Church of God, Zanesville, Ind. Burial is at Lanark City Cemetery, Lanark, Ill.
Calling is noon-1 p.m.Saturday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Churches of God Project Help mission in HaitiĀ or donor's choice.
