Laying new asphalt

Workers from Buehler Asphalt Paving Inc., St. Marys, pave the parking lot across from the Mercer County Courthouse on Thursday morning. The work is part of a $104,400 project to pave the lot at the corner of Livingston and Walnut streets and install new sidewalks and curbs.
