* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Ross, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move through the region Saturday into Saturday night. Additional heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding.

W.G. Eblen
W.G. "Ray" Eblen, 98, Celina, passed away at 3:02 a.m. Nov. 2, 2014, at his home.
He was born April 4, 1916, in Macedon, to George I. and Rose Teeters Eblen. On July 4, 1936, he married Margaret McGriff, who died July 3, 1975. On Nov. 13, 1976, he married Pauline Bradford-Marbaugh, who died Feb. 25, 2005.
Surviving are his children, Doug (Judy) Eblen, Celina, and Patricia (Doyle) Wheeler, Amarillo, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; two stepsons, Bill (Doris) Marbaugh, Celina, and Allan (Sabrina) Marbaugh, Columbus; two stepdaughters, Janet (Norman) Cornish and Elizabeth (Bill) Stranges; 13 stepgrandchildren; 18 stepgreat-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are a daughter, Susan; two sons, Richard and Raymond "Keith" (Betty); a granddaughter, Mary; a grandson, Rick; four sisters, Iva (Bill) Martens, Minnie (Louis) Tangeman, Fern (Arlie) Lime and Mildred (Sylvester) Braun.
He graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1934 and was employed at Mersman Brothers Furniture factory from 1934-1937. He was co-owner of the Eblen Ice Company from 1937 to 1953, when the business was sold. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
In 1981, he retired as chief deputy for the Mercer County Engineer and was elected as a Jefferson Township Trustee for two terms. He was a member of Celina American Legion Post 210, the Archaeologist Society of Ohio, Mercer County Sportsman Association and the Mercer County Historical Society. Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard Van Horn officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with American Legion services at 7 p.m.
