* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 6 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Dogs and their owners make their way through downtown Celina on Saturday morning during the Reindog Parade organized by the Celina Kiwanis Club. Santa Claus and the Celina High School band also participated in the parade.
