CELINA - The city expects to pay about $2 million more for electricity this year, compared with 2013's total, due to an increase in usage. Celina Mayor Jeff Hazel attributed the increase in power consumption to business usage and a colder than normal winter.

WAPAKONETA - Auglaize County Health Department employees will receive a 2 percent across-the-board raise starting in January.

The action was taken by the health board Tuesday morning.
