Ilo Ebright
Ilo Roxie Ebright, 80, Celina, passed away of natural causes at her home on Feb. 21, 2015.
She was born Feb. 19, 1935, in Ohio City, to the late Halder and Roxie Clouse Woods.
On Sept. 5, 1953, she married Harold Ritchie, who died Dec. 6, 1971. On Nov. 11, 1972, she married Lester Ebright Sr., who died Nov. 17, 2004.
Surviving are two sons, Steve (Pam) Ritchie, Celina, and David Ritchie, Mobile, Ala.; four grandchildren, Doug Ritchie (Nikki Germann) and Nikki Giesige, all of Celina, Jessie (Kyle) Garrity, Findlay, and Brandy Ansley, Mobile; seven great-grandchildren, Kyleah, Kaleb, Kaidyn, Mason, Avery, Haley and Emily; a sister, Mary Tindall, San Francisco; a sister-in-law, Shirley Partin, Van Wert; nine stepchildren, Bob (Joyce) Ebright and Betty Dennis, all of Coldwater, Lester Ebright Jr., Decatur, Ind., Bill (Chris) Ebright, Jim Ebright, Nancy (Ed) Behm and Mary (Edward) Gilbert, all of Celina, Toni Crumley, Van Wert, and Leslie (David) Gullett, Bellbrook; and numerous stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are seven brothers and sisters, Charlie, Elmer, Halder Eugene and William Woods, Cora Blanche Phillips, Luella Mae McHugh and Evelyn Kirchenbauer; a daughter-in-law, Elaine Ritchie; and a stepdaughter and son-in-law, Linda and Paul Browder.
She had attended Ohio City-Liberty Schools. In 1997, she retired from Huffy Bicycles, Celina, where she had worked in the wheel department.
She was an auxiliary officer for many years for American Legion Post 210, VFW Post 5713 and Eagles Aerie 1291, all of Celina, and Eagles Aerie 3025, Coldwater.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and her special friend and companion, Russell Kouts of Coldwater.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Thursday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Jeffrey Gramza officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling hours are 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
