Frozen water hangs suspended from an oak leaf this morning along the shore of Grand Lake. Local weather forecaster Dennis Howick predicted partly cloudy skies with a high temperature of 28. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with a wintry mix of snow, rain and freezing rain, he said.
