Firefighters extinguish a fire that erupted early today in a utility room at Lakeshore Auto Sales, 700 E. Market St., Celina. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remained undetermined at press time today. A bystander reported the fire via cellphone at 6:57 a.m., according to Celina Fire Chief Doug Wolters. Flames were visible inside the unoccupied building and smoke was streaming across the car lot when 10 firefighters arrived on the scene. Damage was contained to the structure; a car inside a garage bay sustained minor smoke and heat damage, Wolters said. A damage estimate was not yet available. The owner, Stephen Morgan, is insured, the chief said. Firefighters were back on station at 9:20 a.m.
