* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Elizabeth Weitzel
Elizabeth L. 'Betty' Weitzel, age 78, of Coldwater, died on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born May 9, 1936 in Coldwater, to the late Aloysius Sr. & Alvina (Braun) Kanney. On February 11, 1956, she married Richard Weitzel, who died May 26, 1995.
She is survived by six children, Steve & Sandy Weitzel of Burkettsville, Randy & Diane Weitzel, Greg Weitzel, Sandy Catron, all of Coldwater, Amy & Ivan Keller of New Weston and Kevin & Cindy Weitzel of Delphos, ten grandchildren, Mandy & Chris Dysert, Missy & Pat Rosenbeck, Liz Weitzel, Abby Weitzel, Amber & Zach Champ, Brian Keller, Tony Keller, Megan Weitzel, Maddie Weitzel and Matthew Weitzel, six great-grandchildren, Dylan, Carter, Lily, and McKenzie Dysert and Gage and Mallory Rosenbeck, two brothers, Al & Della Kanney and Vince & Marilyn Kanney, both of Coldwater, and sisters-in-law, Dorothy Kanney of St. Henry, Edna Rose of Celina, Eva Weitzel of St. Henry, Mary Ann Weitzel of Coldwater and Alice Weitzel of Osgood.
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Kevin Catron, two sisters, Mary Ann Kanney and Margie Kanney, a brother, Robert Kanney, and in-laws, Joe Weitzel, Lawrence & Marie Weitzel, Clete Weitzel, Julius Weitzel, Lorena & Wilbert Boeckman, Luke Rose, Dorothy & Herb Timmerman, Alvina & Art Rindler, Arthur & Vida Weitzel and Aloys & Sally Weitzel.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, St. Cecelia Knights of St. John and the Red Hat Society. She worked at the former Bettie's Restaurant, Coldwater and retired from Briarwood Manor, Coldwater.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Monday, April 13, 2015 at Holy Trinity Church, Coldwater, with Fr. Richard Walling, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Friends may call on Sunday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
