People Thursday look at items up for auction in the parking lot behind Celina's City Hall. City departments auctioned off bikes, computers, flags, backpacks, desks, file cabinets and other items. The items were either no longer used by city employees or had not been claimed after being lost, police chief Tom Wale said.
