* Flash Flood Warning for... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 700 AM EDT.
* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Jackson Center, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Kettlersville, Fryburg, McCartyville, Montra, St. Johns, Bulkhead and Egypt.

Nancy Karch
Nancy Karch, 74, Celina, OH, passed away on May 25, 2015, 1:35 P.M. at Largo Medical Center, Largo, FL.
She was born on July 30, 1940, in Darke County, OH. She was the daughter of Burr and Ruth (Jones) Warner, both preceded her in death. She married Donald E. Karch on February 14, 1959 and he preceded her in death on January 5, 2006.
She is also survived by four children, John (Michele) Karch, Celina, OH, Jenny (David) Eisenschmidt, Columbus, OH, Jerry (Lisa) Karch, Wapakoneta, OH, and Jeff Karch, Mint Hill, NC; two brothers, Lowell Warner, Loveland, CO, and Max (Carolyn) Warner, Atlanta, GA; two sisters, Sue Netzley, New Lebanon, OH, and Joyce Cooney, Largo, FL; 8 grandchildren, Nicky (J.T.) Miller, Marianne (Vince) Mitchell, Corey (Heather) Karch, Stephanie (Jarrod) Staley, Aimee (Mark) Highley, Jonathon (Molly Tehan) Karch, Erika and Forrest Eisenschmidt; 7 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Nancy was a 1958 graduate of Jackson Township High School. She attended Wright State University and Miami University where she studied education. She worked for several years as a teacher, and later started her own business Karch Custodial Home where she helped take care of the elderly.
She was a member and attended Grace Missionary Church, Celina; where she was a board member on the Grace Land Preschool board.
She had many hobbies but especially enjoyed playing dominos, needlepoint, quilting and spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation hours will be from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Friday, May 29, 2015 in the Grace Missionary Church, 510 Portland St., Celina, OH 45822.
Funeral services will begin at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday in the Church, with Rev. Bruce Head officiating; where the family will receive friends from 9:30-10:30 A.M., prior to the service. Burial will follow at Buck Cemetery, Celina, OH.
