* Flash Flood Warning for... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 700 AM EDT.
* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Jackson Center, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Kettlersville, Fryburg, McCartyville, Montra, St. Johns, Bulkhead and Egypt.

James Norton
James Kent Norton, age 68 of Celina passed away at 2:50 p.m. on Monday June 1, 2015 at the Hospice Center in Greenville, Ohio.
He was born on Sept. 6, 1946 in Middlesboro, KY to the late James Earl & Altha (Mckinney) Norton. On May 26, 2001 he married Tina (Steinke) Green, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are his children Jeff & Denise Norton of Sidney, Denise & Shawn Lawler, Diane Aselage, Jamie Norton all of St. Marys, one step-daughter Shelly Green of Florida, nine grandchildren Rachel Elliott, Tyler Norton, Brittany Walters, Jake Lawler, Nicole Crouch, Jordan Crouch, Chelsie Smith, Jenna Norton, Jase Norton, Three great grandchildren, sister Linda Brooks of Celina and three brothers Melvin Norton of Celina, Brad Norton of St. Marys and Alvin Norton of Portland.
He was preceded in death by his brother Larry Don Norton, and his sisters Carol Stienecker and Gayle Boley.
James graduated from St. Marys High School. He retired from Goodyear in St. Marys after 35 years of service in 2001.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday June 6, 2015 at the Swamp College Cemetery in Celina, with Rev. Tony Richmond officiating.
The Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
