* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 13 below zero expected.
* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to noon EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...While temperatures are expected to be in the upper single digits (above zero), a northwest wind at 10-15 mph will make temperatures feel as if they are colder than 10 below zero.

Rollover crash

Workers on Saturday tend to one of two accident victims in a vehicle along U.S. 127, south of state Route 219, at 8:13 a.m. Drivers Mary Demange, 48, Greenville, and Richard Allen, 21, Lima, were taken by squad to Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater. Demange's vehicle traveled off the east side of the roadway and rolled over in a field after being struck in the rear by Allen's vehicle. Both vehicles were northbound on U.S. 127. Allen was cited for failure to maintain an assured, clear distance ahead, according to the Mercer County Sheriff's Office report.
