William K. Block, 57, St. Marys, OH died 11:45 a.m. Friday, July 10, 2015 at his residence.

He was born December 4, 1957 in Coldwater, OH to Francis G. and Alta "Rosemary" (Stamm) Block.

He is survived by: daughter Samantha Kay (Eric) Dunlap of Celina, OH; step-daughter Tina Fry of Bonham, TX; step-daughter Dawn Shipman of TX; step-daughter Angela Harder of FL; step-daughter Rachel Vogel of St. Marys, OH; granddaughter Tatjana Schmidt of St. Marys, OH; brother Dale (Shirley) Block of Sidney, OH; brother Dennis (Liz) Block of St. Marys, OH; sister Anita (Dave) Roediger of New Bremen, OH; brother Richard (Veronica) Block of St. Marys, OH; step-father Homer Sparks of St. Marys, OH.

Preceded in death by: parents Francis and Rosemary Block; wife Bonnie (Jones) Block; brother Kenneth Block.

William had worked as a truck driver and mechanic for many years. He was a member of Eagles Lodge Aerie 767 in St. Marys. His favorite pastimes included camping, fishing and all types of racing.

Rites are scheduled to begin 10:30 a.m. Wednesday July 15, 2015 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys, with the Rev. Beth Ernest, officiating. Burial will follow at the Elm Grove Cemetery, in St. Marys.

Visitation 2–4 and 6–8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to services on Wednesday at the funeral home on Ohio 703 West.
